Rates do not include air fare to and from Portugal, however these arrangements can be made by our tour operator VALUE WORLD and if they do arange your flights, all transfers, baggage handling will be included. They can also arrange custom air plans at no service fee. One can arrange their own flight using mileage or with their own travel agent if desired.
